Courthouse Square is a charming home located in the heart of Hot Springs! Just a half a mile from downtown, and only 1.5 miles to Oaklawn Racing and Casino, this two bedroom beauty is a true gem!

This 1,400 square foot duplex was built in 1928, and has been beautifully restored to highlight the large rooms filled with natural light! With all the amenities of home, you are sure to enjoy everything that Hot Springs has to offer!

The space
Courthouse Square has a huge Master Bedroom with a King Size Bed and Cute Little Sitting Area for reading and relaxing.

The Second Bedroom has a King Size Bed as well and is decorated beautifully!

The Living Room is big yet still cozy. Electric Fireplaces in the Living Room and Master Bedroom keep everything toasty in the winter months. Air Conditioning in the Dining Room and Master Bedrooms, as well as ceiling fans in every room, keeps this gem cool during the summer months.

Neighborhood highlights

This property sits across the street from the Courthouse and there is very little traffic on this quiet street. We are only .5 miles from Downtown Hot Springs where you can get a burger at The Ohio Club or some killer Latin Food at Rolando's or some fresh spring water straight from Bathhouse Row! Rocky's Pizza has one of the best pizza's I've ever had! Everything is close!
