This newly developed space is located on the fourth floor of the Historic Theater Building on 4th St in downtown Louisville, immediately south of the central business district. We have no affiliation with the Palace Theater. Guests will not have direct access to the theater or theater privileges. You will enter the building through the main entrance on S 4th St and an elevator will take you to the fourth floor. The front door locks at 7 PM daily, but an exterior key pad will allow access to the building after hours.

The apartment features a 2 spacious bedrooms, a master bathroom and full bathroom. The common spaces are well designed with plenty of room for all guests. The sofa converts into an additional bed. The kitchen features stainless appliances and has everything needed to make a meal, minus the food. There is a laundry room in the apartment with side-by-side washer and dryer for any laundry needs during your stay.

We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply listens to the noise level (measured in decibels).

Detailed check-in instructions will be sent by e-mail at 3 PM EST the day prior to your arrival and will include information related to parking and property access. Check out is at 10 AM.

We do our best to accommodate all early check-in and late check-out requests. Please contact us the day prior to your scheduled check-in or check-out to discuss. Check-ins before 2 PM and check-outs after 11 AM will have an additional cost.

This property has a strict policy against noise after 10 PM nightly. It is important to us that we are good neighbors and a compliment to the community.

You will be renting an apartment. Unlike a hotel, no one is on-site 24/7. If problems arise, we do our best to take action ASAP. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you need anything at all.

Our kitchens are well-equipped to prepare meals and feature all cookware and dining utensils. Basics, such as salt, pepper, and oil, are often on-site. However, we are not always made aware when the last of these items are used. Please check the space before going to the grocery to ensure you have all items necessary for meal preparation.

There is a gym on the 3rd floor of the building. We provide a code with the check in instructions. Please enjoy!

An Entertaining and Serene Downtown Neighborhood:

Art lovers will enjoy: Glassworks, KMAC, 21c Museum Hotel, Actor’s Theatre of Louisville and The Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts. Not to mention the KFC Yum! Center, a multi-purpose sports and concert arena, located downtown.

This suite is also conveniently a few minutes ride from the shops and galleries of NuLu, the beauty of Cherokee Park, the University of Louisville, Bardstown Road and Frankfort Avenue, and Churchill Downs racetrack.

Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft are available nearly 24/7 and can take you anywhere in the city. Most destinations can be reached in 15 minutes or less. Our city thrives on Lyft and Uber. Download the apps on your phone and be anywhere within minutes. Nulu and Downtown also offer a Bike Share Program, LouVelo, and scooters, Lime and Bird.
