We offer two beautiful cottages (The Hemingway and The FW) that are located on 50 acres at the end of a dead end road. Surrounded by thousands of privately owned acreage, featuring abundant wildlife (deer, turkey, birdwatchers paradise). This is a working cattle ranch so you can take in sunsets as cattle graze in front of you. Cottages are newly built and fully furnished. Lofts for reading, custom tile showers, outdoor fire pits and lounge area. Cottages are located away from main house.

The space
Full kitchens, microwave, convection oven, full fridge, coffee maker, leather furniture, select mattress with bamboo sheets. Highly insulated and extremely quiet, we have designed our cottages for a peaceful, quiet getaway. Electric fireplace to help set the atmosphere along with quiet, efficient air conditioning units. Perfect couples' getaway!

We are located just outside of Smithville (10 minutes to town). Smithville is an up and coming small town 45 minutes away from Austin. You can actually get to the airport faster from our address than you can from many points IN Austin! Smithville offers many different restaurants and points of interests. Smithville BBQ, Smithville General Store for coffee and souvenirs, Front Room Wine Bar, Railroad Museum, Mountain Biking at Rocky Hill Ranch and of course, we are the small town movie capital of Texas! You might be able to find many settings from the dozens of movies filmed here beginning with Sandra Bullock in 1998 (Hope Floats).
