Apartment - Entire home/apt · Sonnenburger Straße, Berlin, Berlin 10437, Germany

The Space

I want to rent my fully furnished apartment in Berlin city center (Prenzlauerberg).

It's a very clean, cozy, bright, sunny, warm, comfortable, 40 m2 flat with a beautiful balcony and a great view.

It's a typical Berlin apartment, freshly renovated (2010), located in a building from the beginning of the century, high ceilings, beautiful wooden floor, charming decorative 'stucco' on the ceiling, furnished and decorated with taste and plenty of nice details.

It's fantastically located in the city center, in a small and quiet street of Prenzlauerberg (Sonnenburger Strasse 74), one of the most beautiful and lively areas of Berlin, and just a few hundred meters from the metro station (U-Bahn and S-Bahn) SCHÖNHAUSER ALLEE.

The neighborhood is very safe day and night, quiet and green but at the same time plenty of things to do.

Shops, supermarkets, art galleries, bars, clubs, cafes, restaurants, flea markets, parks in the area, the flat is walking distance from the famous Mauer Park, Eberswalder strasse, Helmholtzplatz, right in front of the former Vitra Design Museum.
All public transports available: tram (M10), bus and metro (S-Bahn and U-Bahn).

It has 1 spacious bedroom/livingroom, 1 fully equipped kitchen/dining room, 1 small but comfortable bathroom (with shower).

There's one double bed in the bedroom, so it's perfect for 2 people.
Two extra single beds are available to suit small families needs.

There is everything needed for daily life: free WIRELESS CONNECTION, washing machine, fridge, coffee-machine, water cooker, all the necessary kitchenware, iron, hair-dryer, electric stove with oven, shower, TV, DVD-player, central heating, hot water, fan, etc.

You'll find a city map in the apartment and lots of recommendations for restaurants, bike rentals, activities in the area.

2nd floor.

The price for the apartment will be 50€ per day and includes 2 people.
10€ extra per person (per night) are charged, up to max. 4 people.
People who plan to stay for long periods will be preferred.
People staying at least one week (7 nights) will have a discount: 320€ instead of 350€.

Please, note:
As of 1 January 2014, the federal state of Berlin collects a hotel occupancy tax on all overnight stays in hotels in Berlin. A “hotel” includes any type of short-term, paid accommodation, and the tax is due whether or not the hotel guest actually spends the night in the room.
Therefore, an extra 5% will be charged (and paid in cash upon arrival) to pay this tax.

The minimum lenght of your stay should be of 3 nights, but in some special cases (low season period or 2-3 nights vacancies on the calendar) can be lowered to 2 nights.
Just write me a message if you would like to stay only 2 nights.

Linen, internet usage and final cleaning are included.

No pets.

If you are interested in my apartment or should you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Wish you a great time in Berlin!

Overall Guest Satisfaction

Check In
  • Maria was very friendly, made time to tell us all we needed to know about the appartment. We had a great time in Berlin. Thanks to this nice appartment in a cosy neighbourhood. Even with our 1 year old daughter the appartment was just fine! We had to make af few adjustments: the kitchen became her bedroom but she slept like a rose! The bed/livingroom was big enough with a small balcony where you can sit and eat with two or three persons. The kitchen was rather basic but we didn't use it that much, there are lots of eating-possibilities nearby (breakfast, sushi, pizza, nightshop,...). Small, clean bathroom with washtable, toilet and shower. There is an inner square where you can safely store your bike and free parking within 5 minutes walking.
This appartment is located in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, close to shops, pubs, restaurants,... We were there during the week and never heard any noise from street or neighbours, it was quiet all night. Thanks!!!

  • Maria's apartment was so perfect. Even though our flight was delayed and we did not have a mobile phone with which to contact her, she made the key transition absolutely seamless. The apartment is in a great neighborhood and is very convenient to the S-Bahn and M-Bahn. We had no trouble getting anywhere we needed to go. The apartment had everything we needed, including an iron, a hairdryer and a very comfortable bed. I hope to come back to Maria's place the next time we are in Berlin!

  • We had a great stay at Maria's apartment. It was really well located and easy to reach via public transport. It was easy to arrange check-in and Maria was very flexible with timings to suit our flights. The flat was clean and had good facilities. The location was quiet and it was nice to sit out on the balcony with a coffee. We would definitely stay again if we were coming to Berlin.

  • We had a great time in Berlin. Maria was very helpful and gave us full instruction to find the apartment from the airport. The apartment suited us very well as it was close to transport and good restaurants for breakfast and evening meals, and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

  • The apartment was in a great location and we were happy with the apartment. The only downside was the shower - continually changing water temperature (freezing cold water followed by scorching hot water ) were the norm every day. You also need to hold the shower head while showering.

Maria was very flexible with our arrival and departure times so that was great!

  • Maria was a great host, very prompt in replying to our questions and providing directions. Maria also spoke perfect english which was a great help and was very flexible with our booking in/out times. The apartment was clean and as advertised with a comfy bed. It’s in close walking distance to the metro or you can hire bikes, which was a great way to view the city, with excellent cycle lanes. There is also a handy little pub on the corner of the street in which to enjoy a pint at the end of the day!
