Therefore, an extra 5% will be charged (and paid in cash upon arrival) to pay this tax.
The minimum lenght of your stay should be of 3 nights, but in some special cases (low season period or 2-3 nights vacancies on the calendar) can be lowered to 2 nights.

Bordering Mitte, it's one of the 'places-to-be' while visiting Berlin.

Please, take off your shoes all the time while you are at home.
Please, leave the apartment clean and tidy.
Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed, even though I don't mind you smoking on the balcony.
It is strictly forbidden to illegally download/upload content from/to internet!
If you have any software for upload (torrent and/or similar) switched on on your computer, please switch them off for the whole duration of your stay.
Please switch them off when you go out.

I try to be as flexible as I can and, if I can't guarantee a late check-out, I always offer the possibility to store your bags inside the apartment or the cellar until your departure.
From Dec 20, 2015 - Jan 06, 2016 the minimum stay is 5 nights.
Danke Maria!
Pretty great location as it is close to public transit and many different restaurants/bars and a mall with a supermarket. I wasn't able to meet Maria in person, but it was extremely easy meeting Ramiro to obtain the keys. He gave wonderful tips on where to go, and Maria had also left a bunch of brochures and travel guides in the kitchen. It was a bit smaller and older than the photos had depicted. The bathroom is exactly as pictured. The bedroom light had burnt out and the bed sheets had an odd smell to it, but it wasn't extreme. The dishes weren't the cleanest as well, so we had to wash them all before using them. Other than that, it was a nice stay in Berlin.
Our stay at Maria's apartment was great!
When we arrived at the apartment nobody was there (accidently). We texted Maria and she replied right away to solve the problem.
The neighbourhood is perfect. Quiet but still in the center with alot of nice restaurants and cafe's. Within 5 minutes you are at the metro station etc.
The apartment looks the same as in the pictures and is perfect for two people.
Definitely worth it!
We really enjoyed the clean design and tranquility of Maria's flat. Maria was a helpful host with friendly and easy communication throughout the process. The flat is located in a nice, quieter nook of Berlin, and just a 7 min walk from several U-bahn/tram lines that take you into more central areas of Mitte and Kreuzberg. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Maria for a great stay!
We did not meet our host, however there was someone at the apartment to facilitate our arrival. It would have been helpful to have received some useful information about the Metro and transport system as this is a different system to other European cities and is quite complicated for those who are unfamiliar. In fact this apartment is not central to most of the areas that a tourist wants to visit.
We were disappointed in the tiny bathroom that is different to the photo as it has been painted black and is very narrow and difficult to negotiate. The kitchen dresser is about to fall apart. Whilst there is a new bread board there is no knife with which to cut bread and in general kitchen appliances are inadequate: ie no toaster, no oven tray, no mixing bowl and so on. The stove is old and the oven had not been cleaned prior to our use. The stove hobs are corroded and not all of them are functional. The TV did not work at all as is advertised and we were told this upon our arrival so clearly this was well understood and yet no effort was made to replace it.
