Jayme's apartment had everything you could ask for with the comforatable bed, the vintage furniture, and the sunlight shining through the kitchen ceiling during the day. The location was convenient with more than enough restaurants in the area. There is music from the bar that can be heard starting around 9:00pm but it's nowhere near as bad as I thought it would be. Plus it stops between 2:00am and 3:00am. I'd rather have that than how it is in Chicago where it probably wouldn't stop until 5:00am. Anyway, there isn't a television but you really won't need it. And most importantly, the apartment was clean. We booked at the last minute but Jayme was very helpful and quick with her responses. You couldn't ask for a better host. I wouldn't mind staying here again whenever I come back to Toronto.
Jayme was really nice accepting my last minute booking request. Her place is at a great location, and it is also a great apartment. The check in system was very simple, which is a major plus. The place was clean, comfortable and had very nice decoration. Would definitely recommend it.
Great spot! Perfect location for getting around Toronto. Did not have problem with the noise - but we were out on Saturday and Sunday night. Definitely not an issue on either Monday or Tuesday night.
I stayed at Jayme's for two nights and it was exactly the way it was advertised.
The place was very clean which is always a worry for me because of other bad experiences with Air B n B places.
It was definitely very noisy on Friday evening with the bars downstairs but Jayme gave several warnings about this so I knew what I was getting into. The bars in Toronto close around 2 so it calmed down after 2am.
Jayme was very quick is responding to emails and phone calls and overall the experience was great.
Great location, great host, VERY CLEAN home and a great stay.
I will definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others.
I stayed at Jayme's for 4 nights. Fantastic location (not to far out from cool places but very chill and not too crowded, streetcar to anywhere right around the corner), tons of cool bars, restaurants, and places to shop. (One day they were shooting a movie at a restaurant called Lakeview which is downstairs from Jayme's place. It's THAT cool)
Very responsive host, clean, tons of sunlight (there's a window literally on the ceiling), everything you read in the reviews below is all true. My stay couldn't be any better.
An awesome apartment in a great part of the city. Great bars, cafe's and restaurants nearby & streetcar stop right out front. A fantastic apartment to relax in and cook a meal, or as a base for exploring Toronto.
Although I didn't meet Jayme, her communication was always easy to follow and helpful in every way - she was a great host. I would definitely stay again!
