Half-mile to the west is Reid Park zoo and University of Arizona baseball at Hi Corbett Field.
Half-mile to the east is a strip mall with friendly Crave coffee shop, Polish and Mongolian restaurants, and local favorite Zivaz Mexican bistro (recently voted the best hamburger in Tucson).
Well-mannered dog guests are welcome. Neighborhood is a dog-walking haven. Human guest must clean up after dog guest.

We recycle. Towns have different recycling policies. We are happy to do the recycling for you.
Upon departure, leave paper in the guest room.
If you have any food-related items for recycling, leave them in the kitchen sink (unwashed is fine). If you are not sure if an item is recyclable, just leave it in the kitchen sink.
Dog guest must be well-mannered. $5.00 per night extra charge for a dog guest.
