Welcome to our gorgeous family-owned apartment in the best part of Palermo! A lovely 2 bed apartment than can comfortably hold 6, in a secure, modern building with all amenities. Step outside and you are in BA's best neighbourhood - ready to explore!
Superb 2 bed apartment in a state of the art building in the heart of Palermo Soho on Borges and Paraguay. The apartment is 'contrafrente' (faces the large 'pulmon de manzana'/interior open space, rather than the road) so it's quiet, has really great light and looks out over the garden and swimming pool.
It's a great central location, ideally positioned between Plaza Italia and Plaza Serrano. So you're within easy walking distance of both, but far enough removed to be out of the hustle and bustle. 3 blocks away are all the transport links (subte D and many many bus lines) of Plaza Italia on nearby Santa Fe. You're a short walk to parks, the Botanic Gardens, and of course all Palermo Soho's famous boutiques, restaurants, bars and nightlife are on your doorstep.
Local amenities including supermarkets, organic food shops, restaurants/pubs, discos/bars, ice cream parlours, local internet coffee shops, banks and ATM machines are all within a few blocks.
A very short cab ride away are Las Canitas, with its restaurants, bars and polo fields; the Costanera, with its top nightclubs; Aeroparque Jorge Newberry, the domestic airport; Recoleta, with its lovely architecture and stunning cemetery; and San Telmo, with its historical buildings and markets.
The apartment is 71 square meters, fully furnished, and has one King size bedroom, one Queen, 1 full bathroom and 1 half. Great living/dining room with a table for 6, very comfortable sofabed and 2 armchairs with coffee table and digital cable LCD TV and DVD. Large balcony overlooks the garden and swimming pool.
Has wifi, and ACs in living room and in each of the bedrooms.
It's essentially identical to my other apartment in the same building:
The building has 24 hour security, a fully equipped modern gym that looks out onto the garden, a large swimming pool with a paddling area, an area to do parrillas (BBQ) and a SUM (large lounge) that can be reserved for private parties.
It also has a laundry room with coin-operated industrial washer and dryers available to all building residents.
For stays of 2 weeks or more there is a maid who comes once a week. Hot water and central heat. Includes bed clothes and towels.

Security deposit payable in cash on arrival (fully refunded at checkout if there are no damages or breakages):
- stays of less than a month = USD 200.00
- stays of 1 month or more = USD 500.00
Normally check-in and check-out times are very flexible depending on your travel arrangements.
However if you are checking-in/out on the same day that another guest is checking-out/in and it's not possible to work out a mutually convenient arrangement for everybody then you may have to be prepared to arrive later or leave earlier than you would ideally like.
If all else fails, then the following check-in/check-out times will apply:
- Check-in 3pm
- Check-out 12pm
I will always try to help out as much as possible in these cases and, if necessary, luggage can be safely left for a few hours in my other apartment nearby.
The gym and swimming pool can be used up until 10pm.
Please do not take food or drinks to the pool or leave any trash behind.
