Delightful apartment that sleeps 6, just a 5-minute walk from Mondello square and the beach. You will be enchanted by the panoramic view of the Gulf of Mondello and the entire city of Palermo, which you can enjoy from the beautiful terrace. In a few minutes you can reach the square with its shops, restaurants and supermarket and the beach

The space
The house consists of two double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and a living area with a kitchen and double sofa bed. The apartment has been completely renovated and refurbished to allow guests to fully enjoy their vacation. From the living area you can admire the fantastic panoramic view thanks to a large window that allows you to comfortably enjoy the view from inside the apartment. The house has a comfortable terrace where you can enjoy a breakfast or lunch with a sea view and breathe the summer breeze and is surrounded by balconies. At the back, there is also a comfortable balcony with an area for hanging out. The house is located in a condominium of 2 buildings and is on the second and top floor (no elevator). The external staircase leading to the apartment is monitored by a camera for security reasons.

Guests will access the apartment from a condominium square with a garden and through the private access they will walk an external staircase with flower beds and can go up to the second floor of the building where the apartment is located.
The building is located above Mondello Square, and to get to the condominium square you need to go up a slope that can be traveled by car or on foot.
It is not recommended for people with disabilities and those who have mobility problems as the apartment does not have an elevator and is located on the second floor.
