One of a kind in Bear Lake our custom cabin is made of hand scribed logs and sits on two lots at the top of a rise right across from the Sweetwater Golf Course clubhouse. Perfect getaway with everything you need for a fantastic vacation!
The space
Room 1: Upstairs Master with King bed, en suite bathroom (with a jumbo jetted tub), Queen sofa bed, outdoor balcony to enjoy lake views, 65” Smart TV, DVD player, desk if you need a workspace and an A/C unit for people who like it extra cool! (House as A/C as well). Great space with a portable crib as well to accommodate a small family of five.
Room 2: On main level. Comfy king size bed, 65” Smart TV, DVD player dresser, closet, dresser and two large windows to enjoy Bear Lake Views!
Room 3: Exactly the same as Room 2.
Room 4: Lower level with a comfy queen sized bed, closet and dresser.
Room 5: Lower level with 2 bunk beds - perfect size for 4 kiddos to bunk together!
There are also 3 sleeper sofas - Queen in Master, Full in loft area outside the Master and a Queen in family room downstairs.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with all you need to whip up your own meals. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, basic condiments and microwave popcorn included. Also comes with:
Downstairs Family Room: Ping pong table, wraparound sectional, 75” Smart TV, Blu-ray player, toys and games for kids and adults. There are also board games in the bedroom closet on the main level.
Outside: Deck, Weber grill, 2 picnic tables and a great view to enjoy those evening sunsets.
Additional amenities: There is an outdoor fire-pit for your evening s'mores, camp chairs, s'more sticks, beach towels, umbrellas, sand toys along with a cooler (and ice packs) for all your goodies. Everything you need for a great family getaway is here!

Check in is anytime after 4pm and check out is by 11 am.
To access the home we have a BLACK Yale lock on the front door (ignore the gray keypad on the door handle). The code to enter will be the last four of your phone number (the person who made the reservation). **Important** *You will need to "touch" the Yale Icon on the top of the keypad to 'wake it up' first* then enter your code followed by the check mark button in the bottom right hand corner and you're in! When leaving the cabin, push the Yale Icon to lock the door.
Other things to note
The property has outdoor surveillance cameras facing each side of the property. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, injury, death, property damage or theft, pets being brought to property, smoking, maximum occupancy being exceeded and so forth and in no way infringes upon the guests' expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the house rules are violated as well as eviction from the property

Neighborhood highlights
Garden City has fantastic year-round fun with countless beaches, marinas, hiking and biking trails in the summer and hundreds of miles of snowmobiling and skiing trails close by in the winter. Our cabin sit on the top of a hill just up the road from the Pickleville playhouse, across the green from Sweetwater Golf Course clubhouse and basically next door to the new outdoor amphitheater that is built on the golf course that hosts outdoor entertainment. 'Downtown' Garden city and the fishing pond is just a few minutes down the road to the north and Redevous Beach is just a few minutes to the south. Minnetonka Cave is about 20 minutes away and Beaver Mountain Ski area is 25 minutes.
