Set in the gorgeous Hamlet town of Narrowsburg, my home is a 5 min drive into Narrowsburg Main Street! Bethel, Callicoon, Barryville, Livingston manor, are all 25 mins away. If you're looking to ski Big BEAR Mountain is close by! High speed internet 500mps.
The space
Pool & Backyard Updates (Please Read Before Booking)
Our brand-new heated Mod Pool and hot tub (12x20) are now ready to enjoy year-round! 🎉 Updated photos are coming soon—current images in the listing are renderings meant to give you a general idea of the design, but the final setup may look slightly different.
For safety, the pool and hot tub area is fully enclosed with a secure fence and a gated entry from the main deck. The gate is equipped with a pool alarm, so the space is safe and family-friendly.
We want to be fully transparent: the backyard is still recovering from the pool installation that took place over the winter. Some areas may look a bit worn, but we’ve added straw to support new grass growth. The yard is fully fenced and sits on a spacious acre, so you’ll still have plenty of room to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
You’ll also notice several recent upgrades:
* A newly installed bluestone walkway
* Fresh topsoil in parts of the yard (covered with straw as it settles)
* A backup generator, ensuring uninterrupted power, heat during your stay
In the front yard, you may see a small green cap in the far corner—this is simply the propane tank cover.

For safety, a pool waiver must be signed prior to arrival. We’ll send this to you after booking.
With one bedroom downstairs and one loft style space overlooking the living room, it can be used as a dedicated workspace. Note the loft space is not completely private. The Mini can sleep 2 guests and 2 dogs. When booking please add the correct number of people and dogs, there are no pet fees. High speed internet 500 Mbps!
Where any dog breed or size is welcome to enjoy almost an acre of fenced In property! What makes my house that little bit extra special? Where else can you safely vacation with your dogs, just open the front or back door knowing they are in a secure fenced yard, I think that's priceless. I have RING solar lights all around the fence perimeter they are motion sensory, so you’ll never be in the pitch black also there are front and back porch lights. I do have LED collars for nighttime if you want to use also.
The fence is 4ft high, with metal wiring so there are no openings.

Guest Information & Amenities
Whenever possible, I’m happy to offer early check-in or late checkout—just ask! Availability depends on the booking schedule, and I’ll always do my best to accommodate.
If you’re planning a night out, I’ve found a reliable local taxi service (business card is included in the listing photos). They require at least 24 hours’ notice—perfect if you’d like to relax and not worry about driving.
The Home
The house is designed to be comfortable year-round, with Mitsubishi mini-split systems to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

The bedroom is located on the main floor, while the loft upstairs is a versatile space—perfect for reading, working, or a light workout.

* Polaroid instant camera (film included; may need charging)
The loft also includes basic fitness equipment:
* Yoga mats
* Resistance bands
* Free weights
You’ll also find plenty of games:
* Cornhole (stored behind the loft sofa)
* A variety of indoor games upstairs.
Outdoor Features
* Solo Stove fire pit with plenty of firewood
* Propane grill (tank included; stored during winter months)
* Fully fenced yard (approximately one acre)
The lawn is treated with an organic solution to help minimize ticks, but since this is a natural setting, I recommend checking yourself and your pets after being outside.

Dog-Friendly Stay 🐾
Dogs are very welcome! (2-dog limit)
Please send proof of vaccinations prior to check-in.
To make your stay easier, I provide:
* Dog beds, bowls, and toys
* Couch and bed covers
* Towels, paw wipes, and waste bags
* All-natural tick spray and treats
A few important notes:
* Narrowsburg has strict leash laws—dogs must be leashed when off the property
* Always ensure gates are fully secured before letting dogs roam in the yard
* Never leave dogs unattended outside
If you plan to hike or explore nearby areas, dogs must remain on leash at all times. During hunting season, it’s strongly recommended they wear a bright-colored vest or bandana (orange is ideal). There is abundant wildlife in the area, including deer, so please drive carefully.
Guest access
Guests has full use of the home.
I cannot stress enough that on walks outside of the fenced in yard your dogs should always be on leash, leash laws.
There are deer everywhere, neighbors walking their dogs and cars. Don’t risk it, especially when I’ve created a very safe almost an acre fenced in yard for your dogs to enjoy.
There is wildlife in the area so please never leave food or trash out.
There are security cameras covering exterior of the gate driveway, front and back lawns that are 24/7.
Please do not invite and have extra friends stay, unless you have ok'd with me.
Please use the shoe covers or take your shoes off while inside the home.
No vaping/smoking inside or on the deck as smoke travels inside.
Please don't over stack the inside or outside firepit/fireplace, sparks can jump and cause fires easily.
I have a backup Generator so no need to ever worry about a power outage!
Other things to note
We have routine plowing during snowstorms, but we highly recommend a 4x4 or AWD vehicle for guests booking during the winter months.
Sometimes the GPS stops short of my house. Keep in mind it's on a corner lot.
I have a Backup Generator, so no matter what storm hits us you won’t be without electricity, heat or wifi!
