Spacious up-to-date one-level house (2000 sq ft!) with 3 bedrooms and uninhibited full view and access to Elbow Lake! Right on the water, right where you want to be! Gentle slope down to waterfront, dock is in and ready for you! Large deck for all day water-gazing, especially the sunrise each morning since the house faces mostly East (ever so slightly southeast). Great grassy area between house and lake for lawn play and evening fires. 3 private acres of woods hiking on site. Relax! Rest! Enjoy!

The space
Easy key-less entry at check-in and just as easy check-out; Dead-end drive keeps it private; Wi-Fi throughout house keeps you connected; Verizon and AT&T have full cell signal; we describe the house as neither rustic nor luxury… it’s modern comfy!

Guest access
The entire house is yours! 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, sun room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, deck, lawn, dock and lake, hiking trail up into the private 3 acres of woods. The only thing that we don't typically have guests use is the 2-car garage, as we use that for maintenance items and personal effects. If you need a garage, we can hopefully make it happen.
There is also a large room with a chapel and library which can be used depending on your needs.

Other things to note
This is a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood, which means that the neighbors exhibit and expect reasonable outside noise levels. We maintain a no-pet policy, as well as a no-loud noise policy.
