We had a great experience travelling to New York and staying in Marc's apartment. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was very clean. It was easy to contact Marc and he made everything easy and clear to understand. I would recommend Marc's apartment to anyone that wanted to stay in New York and to be close to the beautiful Prospect Park! Thanks Summer
We had a very good time in this apartment. As we arrived our host Marc welcomed us very friendly. While having some food together around the corner he gave us many recommendations on how to explore New York and especially Brooklyn. And even during our stay Marc helped us from time to time with some piece of advice. The apartment is exactly as portrayed on the photos. Furnished with taste, comfortable and clean. We would book it again. Highly recommended.
Apt was in a good location close to a subway station, very convenient to go to Manhattan in a short time. Very clean and comfortable place, we enjoy our vacation there.
We loved staying in Marc's apartment! It was extremely clean and had beautiful decor. it was in perfect proximity to Prospect Park. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends.
Marc's place is true to photos, spacious and beautifully decorated. Right next to the Prospect Park, 2 mins away from the subway station and a supermarket. Neighborhood felt safe and pretty quiet. Marc was very welcoming and ready to accommodate few requests that we had. Highly recommended!
Marc was very nice cooperative and helpful. The location near Park Slope is just wonderful. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bed is of a very high quality. You can hear the subway running also at night but once you close the windows and open the air condition you hear nothing and can easily sleep. The subway station itself is five minutes walk.
There is still not enough good restaurants in the vicinity and you have yo take the subway or walk at least 25-30 if want to have a choice of decent places to dine.

About the Host, Marc
I am a 41 yr old, single man. I speak English and Spanish fluently. I've been living in New York for the last 20 yrs. Specifically Brooklyn for the last 15 yrs. I live and work as an Independent Artist formally trained in Dance and Choreography. My work is quite eclectic and varies from Freelance Art Directing, Production, Teaching/choreography and my ongoing professional Dance career. I have worked all over the U.S, Europe and Asia and thus travel quite a bit. I've lived abroad in Canada, Spain and England continually quenching my thirst for new cultures and life experiences. Its one of the great perks of my work. I am a stable, down to earth person and very easy to talk to. I also work as a Bartender here in Brooklyn at a very popular restaurant, "Henry Public", so I deal with many different people all the time. Its a skill! Believe me. I've been lucky enough to live on my own in NYC ( not an easy task ) and take a lot of pride in my home. I have stayed in other people's home all over the world and know exactly what its like to be a guest and to be respectful of another's space.
Manhattan is no longer a unique destination for travelers coming to NYC and so I wanted to offer some accommodation. In recent years, Brooklyn has become a favored place to visit, due to its Art, Museums, Restaurants and more it's people. I live across the street from Prospect Park. The largest and most beautiful park in Brooklyn. You can walk out my door and be in green in a few steps. Also, within a 5 minute walk to the subway. My space is warm and welcoming and I'd like to extend it to people who share those same values. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
