This house is the perfect place for a vacation, a getaway, or a home base for a business trip. Just 20 mim to the New Hard Rock Casino! 2 miles from the Fox Theater, & Dignity Health Arena, and many more places all within 10 minutes. Best of all, is the proximity to Highway 99 and Highway 58.

2 bedrooms 1 bath house large living room and dining room. Private fenced yard with lots of toys for kiddos.

You are welcome to enjoy our relaxing patio outside the dining room door. For your comfort there are 2 ceiling fans to keep you cool in the Bakersfield heat. please turn them off after using them.

Other things to note
For the safety of the the guests and the property, there are security cameras in the front ,side and back yard on the outside of the home.

Also, there is a full air mattress in living room closet and a futon chair for a child that makes out to a bed or if you choose you can sleep on the couch in living room.
