The space
Freshly renovated this summer, this house is a modern and cozy oasis. The sleek and comfortable interior removes the “noise” of the complicated world outside and lets you enjoy the simple things the things that matter most. You and your tribe can gather around the large dining table to share meals, stories and laughter. Ample windows throughout the house let the sunlight pour in. Materials, plants and art set the global tone.

Your host has thoughtfully placed technology to be there if you desire it; there are TVs placed in the living spaces and bedrooms. All the music of the world is available to fit your mood.

As you move outside, the pool and outdoor patio will draw you to its cool waters and fresh breeze. It has the sophistication of a boutique hotel but the privacy of your own house surrounded by a wall of lush landscaping and fencing.

***Njem haus is cleaned to CDC Covid Standards** In order to achieve this, we are sanitizing inside and outside after each group. We also provide house handtier and request that guest use it regularly***
