The apartment is really great located - right in the centre of the city.
The owners are really nice and friendly.
Apartment is clean and fully equipped what is quite useful.
I really enjoyed my stay.
The only problem is the mattress in the bed. It is quite hard and for somebody might be uncomfortable. Except of this one detail i was really happy to make my decision book this apartment.
Thank you, I really enjoyed my stay!
Perfect location, its a really clean and central apartment for a great price. We were really happy with our stay in Prague. Definitely THE place to stay.
Nice place to stay close to the center of the city, but overpriced and expect you to pay an additional cleaning fee for the maid that they have clean the apartment between guests.
To give a bit of a context - that's guest's reply to our feedback about being absolutely not respectful and leaving our place at incredibly messy state. For the cleaning fee - that is untrue, we don't charge or ask for any. The truth is we have house rules where we kindly ask to be tidy and pay respect to our initiative to save YOUR money on not paying cleaning fee. As an alternative we offer paying cleaning fee as a reward if you don't want to do your dishes, etc. That simple.
The place is really nice, and quiet, and cozy! Our flight was late and we got a bit lost, and we sent a text message to the wrong cell number about it, so the owner's employee had to wait 45 minutes, but she was still really understanding about it and was super helpful and sweet afterward. The only thing about this place is that it is located on a street with several strip clubs, and a local we asked for directions referred to it as "the street of love". There is a police station just a block away though so it feels really safe - it's just got a little bit extra flavour for those who are into that kind of thing!
we enjoy our experience in Prague, the flat was great, good place to stay, really a great flat in a great neighborhood of the city .. I'm sure you will feel there like at home ^^
You can get anywhere and even good walking distance to a lot of stuff. I had such a great time and would definatley do it again :) really thanks a ton for making the stay nice and peaceful!
My daughter & I stayed for 3 nights and had a great time in Prague. The apartment was ideal for our purposes. It was clean, neat, tidy, safe and very central. Walking distance to/from train. And walking distance to all the main touristy places.
We did get to meet Ksenia or Igor but were greeted by Alex who managed the apartment for Ksenia. Alex was great, very very patient, waiting for us at the apartment despite our train arriving an hour late. And I have to confess to locking us out of the apartment at around 12.30am, but Alex again helped us get in without a word of complaint (totally my own fault).
We would recommend this place to others.
