We are in the heart of Missoula right on the river! Drum Coffee and Black Coffee Roasters are super close as well as all of downtown.

Market on Front is just a short walk down the river to grab a coffee or a breakfast burrito, and FINN is about a block away for drinks on their deck or a nice dinner.

Just across the river and the walking footbridge (all steps from the front door) is the University of Montana and hiking on the "M" trail, or Kim Williams trail.

Albertson's grocery store is also a block away, where you can find Starbucks and Five Guys another block or two away. We are convenient to the interstate as well.
