Two blocks from downtown Utica. Restaurants and bars walking distance. Off street parking is available a little tight. I do have same unit available to rent up to three bedrooms/ three baths. Building has three units total I live in one unit and I have tenants in the back unit.
If guest does not have any reviews from another Airbnb host I will not accept reservation. Sorry for any inconveniences.
