Quiet, clean, relaxing townhome nestled within the forest. Great location between lifts and village, garage parking for snowy days. Lifts, lakes, and entertainment are all less than a mile. Great for families or a friends getaway, we are fully stocked with amenities and streaming TV's in each room. Sorry, pets are strictly prohibited (even service animals) due to family allergies. We want to give you a 5 star experience, and are just around the corner if you need anything :)

The space
Cozy, clean and upgraded, great for families and friends. Stocked with games, musical fun (Bluetooth stereo speaker, guitar, instruments for kids), books, DVD player, and more. Bring your Usernames and Passwords, our TV's have Apple TV where you can log into your favorite streaming services. Terrific pool (in Summer) and large jacuzzi/spa (year round) as well. Cal King in loft upstairs with its own bathroom+washer/dryer, full size bunk beds+twin in room downstairs with bathroom in hall. Queen size sofa bed downstairs with comfortable memory foam mattress. Small balcony for coffee in morning to watch the chipmunks play and the occasional bears and deer walking around :)

Entire Townhome, Garage, and shared pool (in Summer)/hot tub (year round). Sauna located in pool room.

Other things to note
Literally minutes by car to amazing lakes, trails, fishing, mountain biking and more. Bike rack in garage to lock your bikes, outdoor locked closet for ski/boarding/fishing gear, walk to the village for fine dining and fun. Summer in Mammoth is amazing, Fall is spectacular, Winter is twice as fun!

Early check in and late check out requests can be made but are not guaranteed.

Early check in fees:
$100 before 2:00pm
$50 between 2:00pm - 3:00pm

Late check out fees:
$50 after 10:00am
$100 after 11:00am
$200 after 12:00pm

NOTE: There is a $1000 fine to the booking party for bringing more than 6 people. Our home, per town ordinance, can only host 6. ALSO: Subletting (3rd party renting as well as finding people online to come split the cost) is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate eviction with no refund.

Walk to lifts (.8 mile) or use the free shuttle with stops just a few minutes walk away. Or, sleep in a little longer and still get first chair by driving.
