Guests say this home is in a quiet area.
Quiet, clean, relaxing townhome nestled within the forest. Great location between lifts and village, garage parking for snowy days. Lifts, lakes, and entertainment are all less than a mile. Great for families or a friends getaway, we are fully stocked with amenities and streaming TV's in each room. Sorry, pets are strictly prohibited (even service animals) due to family allergies. We want to give you a 5 star experience, and are just around the corner if you need anything :)

The space
Cozy, clean and upgraded, great for families and friends. Stocked with games, musical fun (Bluetooth stereo speaker, guitar, instruments for kids), books, DVD player, and more. Bring your Usernames and Passwords, our TV's have Apple TV where you can log into your favorite streaming services. Terrific pool (in Summer) and large jacuzzi/spa (year round) as well. Cal King in loft upstairs with its own bathroom+washer/dryer, full size bunk beds in room downstairs with bathroom in hall. Queen size sofa bed downstairs with comfortable memory foam mattress. Small balcony for coffee in morning to watch the chipmunks play and the occasional bears and deer walking around :)

Other things to note
Literally minutes by car to amazing lakes, trails, fishing, mountain biking and more. Bike rack in garage to lock your bikes, outdoor locked closet for ski/boarding/fishing gear, walk to the village for fine dining and fun. Summer in Mammoth is amazing, Fall is spectacular, Winter is twice as fun!
