Privacy and togetherness are both possible in this beautiful, spacious house. It has an open plan living and kitchen area which overlooks the golf course, and is perfect for a large group! There are 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, & 2 kitchens. Enjoy wood burning fireplaces and spacious living areas. Dining areas include one with a large table, a breakfast bar & a breakfast nook. Several doors lead to patio areas and a beautiful, secluded backyard with lawn, many trees and birds. Check it out!

The space
The house has 5 original stained glass windows. The property is secluded inside the city, and located in one of the few areas in Alpine with high speed fiber internet.
The main door is keyed, and the two largest bedrooms also have additional keypad entry locks separate from the rest of the house. There are two fully equipped kitchens (one large and one smaller.) The house can sleep 10 - 12 people as follows:
large master bedroom with fireplace- 1 king bed
large bedroom - 1 king bed
large bedroom - 1 queen bed
large bedroom- 1 queen bed + trundle bed (2 twins)
common living area has a long leather sectional couch that can be used for additional guests if need be- sleeping bags available upon request!

Where you’ll be

The neighborhood is a quiet residential area. Out the front of the property is Alpine Country Club and golf course. Across the street is the city's two mile walking path which travels around "the loop." Downtown Alpine is less than a mile away!
Within walking distance are the Kokernot Municipal Park, Kokernot Field baseball stadium, the Museum of the Big Bend, and Sul Ross State University campus, and downtown Alpine, TX.
At 4500 ft. elevation, we have cool nights (avg 60's summer) and moderate daytime (average 80's summer) temperatures.

Hi! I've lived primarily in Alpine since the 1980's, and am originally from Austin. I enjoy all that the area has to offer (like the clean air) and especially hiking and bicycling to explore the Big Bend area of Texas.
