This neighborhood is unique and has a lively energy. If you are open to having an interesting experience in and around Hunts point, all you need is good company. Take a bike ride to Concrete Plant Park, where there is a Kayak/Canoe launch site onto the Bronx River. If you want to continue your adventure keep biking along the path until you end up at the Bronx River Art Center. The Bronx River Art Center (BRAC) is a culturally diverse, multi-arts, non-profit organization that provides a forum for community, artists, and youth to transform creativity into vision. Once you are done visiting BRAC ride back along the path towards The Bronx Brewery and grab some homemade BX Beer. Visit @TheBronxBrewery on social media to learn more, and visit the Taproom and Backyard at the Brewery at 856 East 136th Street, Bronx, NY 10454. This is just a small taste of the adventures that awaits you in The Point!

My wife and I are both very passionate about current events and the day to day politics that influence our lives. When we are not discussing, reading, or watching current events we enjoy long walks to the parks with our dog. We enjoy spending time outdoors and enjoy all of what NYC has to offer. Museums and cultural institution are our second home, from the M.E.T. to the Bronx Museum of the Arts there is always something to learn in NYC's fine cultural institutions. We enjoy a good meal, either by following a recipe or going to different areas of NYC to try explore cuisines.
