The space

My house, located in the Bywater, is a beautiful historic shotgun house with a double parlor, one bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. It has a nice secluded yard in the back for having breakfast or just relaxing. The kitchen has all the usual appliances, stove, refrigerator, microwave, etc. and a small dining table. The Bywater has lots of neighborhood charm with many restaurants and bars. Vaughn's, Bacchanal, and Satsuma are walking distance away. I am a block away from two contemporary art galleries, The Front and Good Children Gallery. As a jewelry designer/artist, I live surrounded with art and use one of the rooms as my studio. I have the work of several local artists on display. Curio Space is a quiet and charming place with a strong focus on creativity.

Natalie helped make our first trip to New Orleans excellent! She was flexible with our check-in time, and suggested some awesome spots to visit during our trip, that we otherwise may have overlooked. She was super kind and had great vibes. The place itself was great, too, filled with beautiful and interesting art. The whole experience was perfect. Thank you, Natalie, for having us in your uniquely beautiful and creative space.

Would definitely stay here again! Loved the New Orleans charm and Natalie's amazing art and style. Quiet and cozy. Really enhanced our trip. Make sure to check out Bacchanal Wine Bar and St. Roch Market while you are in the area! Some of our favorite stops on our trip and in the neighborhood. Thanks for a great stay Natalie!

Natalie's place was brilliantly wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay in this artistic crafty space! Natalie's place gives you an authentic feel of New Orleans, as well as a very creative vibe! Her place is located just far enough from the tourist areas to escape, but just a short taxi ride to anywhere you'd want to explore! Very close to Frenchmen street, and also walkable to some of her great recommendations for food. Natalie was great at communicating! Will stay again for sure!

A beautifully curated space in a fascinating, adventure filled neighborhood. Natalie herself is a great communicator and just an all around neat human. Don't miss what appears to be a tiny citrus tree in the backyard!

Natalie was a big help to me in New Orleans, helping me plan a couple of things to do there in city during my stay, she had great suggestions. The house was perfectly located in the Bywater neighborhood which has so much to offer the traveler. Loved seeing beautiful Art filling the space. The backyard was so relaxing and private. The kitchen was a very warm and inviting place to read and cook. I have to say the shower was the best part for me, water pressure, the temperature, and the white curtains surrounding the claw tub, I didn't want to get out. Thanks Natalie for all your help. I loved your place

I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay than Natalie's classic Bywater, New Orleans house, filled with beautiful, eclectic art created by herself and her friends. The house is spacious, has a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable couches, and bed, and has an adorable backyard with a table and chairs. The neighborhood is quiet and primarily residential, but is still walking distance to several low-key bars, restaurants, and live music, and a quick 10-20 minute Uber ride to the French Quarter or Uptown. Natalie was a fantastic host - provided recommendations on the best places to eat, drink, and explore, and was very communicative and accommodating with our arrival and departure. Natalie's house in Bywater really was the perfect place to spend our New Orleans vacation.

I work as a studio jeweler in my home in New Orleans. I love collecting and trading my work for art. I try to surround myself with things that are handmade, creative and beautiful.
