Welcome to our cozy, 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom, full kitchen and living area in Chazy, NY/Lake Champlain.
We are located within a marina on the Great Chazy River, 1/4 mile away from the Chazy boat launch. Easy access to launch your boat, kayak, paddleboard, etc.
The snowmobile trail is accessible from our driveway.
Docks available with an extra fee if you are coming with your boat.
Fishing is available from our docks or at the boat launch.

The space
Located across the street from the Great Chazy River and 1/4 mile from the Chazy Boat Launch.
Located on the snowmobile trail.
Point au Roche State Park is less than 15 miles away - they have trails, playground and beach.
Burlington, VT is approximately an hour away and the Canadian border is 7 miles from us.
There is a grocery store close by in Champlain.
Sandy's Deli will deliver food if you want to stay in and relax after a long day at the beach or fishing. Other great local restaurants are not far by car or boat.

Guest access
Guests will have the full apartment and a small side yard area. There is also a clubhouse with extra seating, pool table and tv with antenna. Off street parking - plenty of room for vehicle and boat. They may also utilize the docks for fishing. Boat docking is available for an additional fee. We are located on the snowmobile trail.

Other things to note
There is space available in the living area if you would like to bring an air mattress.
There are extra panels for the dining room table under the bed in the west bedroom.
