Welcome to our family home, a comfortable and warm place where you can enjoy a pleasant stay. Although it is not exclusively dedicated to renting, it offers all the comforts you need (excluding TV).
🛋️ Ground floor: A beautiful living room including a living room, dining room and an open plan kitchen, extended by a bright veranda. We also put a video projector (indicated television in the equipment) for great quiet evenings.☺️
🛏️ 1st floor: Two bedrooms and one bathroom.
🛌 2nd floor: Two bedrooms, with a bathroom.
🧺 Garage: Equipped to wash and maintain your linens.
🌿 Exterior: Large garden with swing and vegetable garden, ideal for relaxing alfresco.
For your comfort, some storage will be at your disposal so you can settle in easily.

Guests will have access to the entire house and part of the garage, with the exception of a few private storage spaces.

Parking is available in front of the house.
We remain available for any questions to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The €50 cleaning fee only covers the preparation of the accommodation for the next guests, including washing the sheets and a thorough cleaning after your departure.
However, we ask our tenants to leave the house clean before they leave, following the following guidelines:
✅ Clean all the rooms
✅ Empty and clean the dishwasher, fridge and bathrooms
✅ Remove sheets from beds and leave them ready to be washed
✅ Empty all the trash cans in the different rooms
✅ Empty and remove the waste sorting containers at the designated locations
In addition, any problem or deterioration must be reported as soon as possible, either during the stay or before departure.

Very friendly and warm neighborhood. Quiet, in the countryside. We have an enclosed garden, in which you can enjoy fruits and vegetables depending on the season.

We are a couple with two children. We enjoy travel and nature. We also live in the countryside and enjoy taking advantage of our outdoor space (vegetable garden, chicken coop). We have very good neighborly relations and a very pleasant living environment between the pretty commune of Plouer and the beaches of La Rance and La Manche.
