Plenty of cafés and bistrots around, as well as restaurants, French, Thaï, Brazilian, etc.. Lots to chose from.
Also at a walking distance is the famous outdoor market, Le Marché d'Aligre, Paris' oldest.

Would be a pleasure to show you around!

We had such a great stay in Paris thanks to Charles and his awesome flat. The Montgallet metro is SO close and links easily to all the major sites. The flat has everything you need and more-- Charles left a very helpful guide, too. Thank you for such a memorable time.
This is my first experience in Airbnb and it was great.
Charles is a wonderful host and the apartment is absolutely perfect. The apartment is cute little flat in old parisian (website hidden) was lovely and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is great, the next metro stop is only a 2 minutes walk. No noise or disturbances of any kind at night. It has a big supermarket CASINO around for me to pick daily needs.
Charles is very kind and helpful. He responded all my question and gave me good restaurant (email hidden)'s a pity that I didn't meet Charles himself.I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Charles,I wish you like the present for you.
I rented Charles' flat for my mother's surprise trip to Paris. She told us that the apartment was great, and wonderfully located next to metro stops. Charles was also a great host for being in contact with me and helping make my mother's trip something she wouldn't forget. He was also considerate and communicative for the duration of the trip.
We had a wonderful time in Charle's apartment. He was was extremely helpful even before we got there, showed tremendous care in sending all the information so everything went smoothly. And indeed it went. Perfect place, tidy, everything you need at your disposal and really near the metro and two major train stations (lyon and austerlitz.)
Nothing bad to point out. And we even got some really nice treats in the kitchen table for us!
Thank you Charles
A really nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood. What I most enjoyed was all of the green space nearby -- the small park a couple of blocks away made a great non-touristy spot to read and relax. The gorgeous Promenade Plantee and Bois de Vincennes are both close as well. The place is spacious and quite cosy. Quick tip: getting in to the apartment is *not* difficult -- Charles has set up everything very conveniently -- but make sure you read all the details on the directions before you travel. :) Also, take all of Charles's suggestions on places to eat, etc. as they are all excellent.
