Elisabetta was available anytime we needed her. The apartment made for a nice and comfortable stay with my parents' first time to Rome. Clear communication with this host and an absolute beautiful apartment. Thank you Elisabetta for everything!
Wonderful apartment. And Elisabetta knocks herself out to be attentive. She greeted us; showed us how everything worked and only then did she leave. We immediately screwed up the electrical outlet controls and had to call her back to the apartment. She arrived immediately, corrected things and never complained. Oh, and the location is terrific: a gigantic, food market is steps away from the street corner going left as you depart from the front door.
We LOVED this apartment! It is conveniently located, impeccably clean, adorably decorated, and cordially hosted! We loved the location and appreciated all the extras that the host provided! The basket of food and snacks in the fridge were an unexpected surprise and were greatly appreciated! The location of the apartment is great too! You are super close to Vatican City, which we loved, because we walked home after our tour there! There is a grocery story right across the street, a laundry around the corner, a big market at the corner, and a train station just 10 minutes away by foot! Elisabetta provided a map and went over where to find things in the area. Additionally, there is a safe in the apartment to store valuables, should you need it. Lastly, the apartment has two different AC units, one in each bedroom, which keeps the apartment nice and cool. In my experience, AC in Europe is hit or miss, but this apartment was nice and cool during one of the hottest months in Rome! We appreciated a cool apartment to relax in, as the temps were in the mid- to high-nineties during our visit. If I return to Rome in the future, I will totally stay here again! This has been one of the best Air B&B experiences I've had! We loved the apartment and the kind host!! Thank you Elisabetta for a great experience!!!
We were greeted with a friendly and warm welcome from Elisabetta when we arrived at her apartment.
The apartment rooms are spacious, lovely and clean and the apartment is made more welcoming by Elisabetta providing a thoughtful breakfast basket. The location is very central being a 5-10min walk to the trains and there are numerous restaurants nearby.
Elisabetta also took the time to provide us with a city map and pointed out the locations we were visiting and how to get there.
Great stay and would definitely recommend this apartment.
Not our first time in Rome, but definitely our best time in Rome. The apartment is clean, cozy and perfect for a family with children. Located in a wonderful area, the apartment is surrounded by quaint cafes, restaurants, and markets. Kids playing soccer on the sidewalks and families enjoying fresh fruit at midnight made this area feel like our home away from home. Above all else, Elisabetta is a wonderful host! She greeted us upon arrival, provided us with fantastic restaurant recommendations (Bella Napoli), and made herself available by phone if ever we needed her. We couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you Elisabetta!!
