Calm and convenient location

Guests say this area is peaceful and it’s easy to get around.
This home is set in one of Ripons Historic Districts three blocks from a vibrant downtown full of retail shops and great places to eat and relax. Across the street from us is the Gothic mill pond water fall dam with Horner park abutting the property. We are only 6 miles from Green Lake which offers plenty of boating and golfing. Off street driveway parking is a plus with this property for boats on trailers. Our home offers two bedrooms on the main floor with 2 double size beds upstairs.

The space
Our Home is completely restored to it's original beauty ( by myself ) with all the modern day perks. Unique original built-in's, hardwood floors and a enclosed screened front porch make this home a pleasure to stay in. A queen size and full size bed are on the first floor with 2 full size upstairs.

Other things to note
Our home has easy access with only three steps up into the main floor. Once on the main floor there are two bedrooms and the full bathroom. Along with the kitchen, dinning and living rooms. With a nice stairway to the 2nd floor its a cozy 3rd bedroom with 2 full size beds and half bath.
