Fully air-conditioned, beautifully furnished, has a modern fully-equipped kitchen and bright living room. All bedrooms have balconies with spectacular unobstructed views of the surrounding area. Outside, you can relax under the large covered terrace.

The space

Villa:-
The pool and villa are for you and your guests only. Only name guests on the rental agreement are allowed to visit and stay at the villa.
1. We leave a minimum of 24-48 hours between bookings.
2. Prior to your arrival we do our usual standard clean plus a deeper clean with bleach based cleaning products on floors, surfaces, handles and handrails.
3. Pool chemicals and pH level checked daily levels.
4. Local laws may insist your wear a face mask in and around Dalyan.
6. Air conditioning units have been cleaned amd disinfected. Filters cleaned before each visit.
7. Hand sanitiser provided via dispenser.

All 4 bedrooms have air-con and balconies with spectacular unobstructed views of the surrounding area. Outside, you can relax under the large covered terrace, swim in the private pool or laze about the garden.

The villa has a built in water filtration system so NO MORE trips in the heat carrying large bottles of water!

We have bedding, seating, towels, pool towels, chairs and sunbeds for up to 8 guests.

The tiny town of Dalyan in the province of Mugla on the South-Western Mediterranean is set in the centre of a broad delta whose natural beauty is completely unspoilt. This is one of the surviving corners of paradise, an area of outstanding natural beauty and historic interest. Dalyan is only a 30 minute drive from the airport of Dalaman.

Because of its outstanding natural and historic surroundings, its taste of culture, the rural charm and of course the welcoming Turkish hospitality, Dalyan is your ideal holiday destination. Read any review anywhere on Dalyan, and you’ll struggle to find a bad word said. We've been a few times and have never had a bad meal, never felt more relaxed and remain amazed at the genuine friendliness of the Turkish people.

Most people walk in Dalyan as everything is easily accessed. Car, moped and bike hire is available if you'd like to get around faster or explore.

The local 2.5 mile long beach is less than 30 minutes drive, a 30 minute buss ride or 45 minute scenic boat ride.

Dalyan is fun with friends and family with plenty of restaurants serving traditional and European foods.
