Modern 2 bedroom space with everything you need to relax after a fun-filled day in the mountains! This stylish condo, close to downtown Hendersonville and two blocks from the Ecusta Trail, is a short drive to Asheville and a number of scenic waterfalls. Enjoy the mild climate out on the balcony while planning adventures, or take an evening walk downtown. Features include: smart tv, incredibly comfortable beds, private restrooms, stocked kitchen, sound machines, smart lock, and a special treat!

The space
Top floor condo designed with simplicity in mind and easy living. All open with 2 spacious bedrooms and a unique Jack and Jill bathroom set up. Decor styled with a peaceful, minimalist approach. Pantry holds appliances and everything you need for your stay.

Guest access
Guest has private access to the entire condo. The parking space is covered and shared with other tenants. A common recreational area is available for cooking out and larger gatherings.

Other things to note
The condo is less than a mile from enchanting downtown Hendersonville and close to hiking trails and waterfalls. Health facilities are nearby, and grocery stores just a few blocks away. A stay at Urban Retreat means you are two blocks from the Ecusta Trail, and several breweries. Make sure to take time to head over to Asheville for a day. You will love the street music, shops, restaurants, and unique and diverse people.
