This is the premier house for your visit to Portland. There are 7+ bedrooms for everyone to enjoy their privacy, then gather together in the open-concept kitchen, living and dining room. Take advantage of the summer weather on the deck with a grill and additional seating. We have high-speed internet, cable, and bonus hang out spaces for your entertainment at the house, and are just minutes to Portland's renowned breweries and downtown restaurants. Note, parties and events are not allowed.

The space
We furnished the house with comfort and flexibility in mind. The bedrooms provide different combinations of beds and couches so that whether you're traveling with family, coworkers, or club rugby team, you can find a room that's comfortable for you. Cozy reading nooks are aplenty, a combination living room/bedroom allows you to dictate the space based on your group's needs, and our dining table expands to seat up to 12 with room for 4 more at the kitchen island to accommodate a sit-down dinner for all.
Some other notes about the house:
- There is plenty of parking in the driveway for 5+ cars.
- We have a full sized washer and dryer for your use.
- Both TVs have cable (streaming apps can be accessed through your own login).
- We have a Bose Bluetooth speaker in the dining room.
- We provide all the cooking basics including pots, pans, baking sheet, a lobster pots, mixing bowls, and cooking utensils.
- There are 2 fireplaces in the living room and TV room; they are decorative only.

Guest access
Guests have full use of the main house. Guests are not allowed to use the garage at this time. Additionally, on the ground floor there are two utility rooms that we keep closed, and ask guests not to enter those spaces.

Other things to note
We have external security cameras that monitor the front door of the house and the driveway.

A friend of the owner lives next door. Their parking space is to the left of the house next to the trash and recycling bins. You may see them going to their car but otherwise they don't use any other areas on the property.
