1) LOADED WITH HISTORY

✔ This house is typical of the large houses dating from the early century. Rich architecture gives way to woodwork, wide plank floors and a multitude of signs showing wear that we do not want to see disappear ... a visual pleasure!

✔ You will be charmed by the originality and the elegance of the furnishings in this home. A talented local craftsman revamped and has harmonized old furniture to fit into our cottage.

2) TODAY'S COMFORT

✔ While preserving the old-time charm, the kitchen was remodeled in 2020. With a large island, this room is intended to be the place where guests gather and share memories. It is the perfect place to share a glass of wine with friends or family.

✔ We made sure to have an excellent internet connection for people in remote working. Also, all four (4) bedrooms in the house have been fitted with new cozy Queen size bamboo mattresses. Two coffee machines also provided on-site.

✔ You will have the opportunity to use our authentic vintage outdoor wood oven which will allow you to make your own bread or pizza! A culinary experience that will remain in your memories for a long time.

✔ Enjoy the great outdoors and the many winter activities in our beautiful region. Mont Orford, Mont Orford National Park, Tomifobia nature trails are some of the attractions of the Eastern Townships!

✔ WE HONOR THE 80s!
We have created a Gameroom worthy of a children's dream from the 80s! We equipped the game room with a miniature Nintendo console! Laughter is guaranteed! To add to the fun, we have provided a PacMan Retro arcade machine. It will bring back so many memories...

Here are 3 THINGS TO CONSIDER before renting our chalet:

1- NO PARTY ALLOWED
Having good neighborliness as a priority, we recommend that party people do not rent the property. Evictions and fines will apply where applicable.

2- 25 YEARS AND UNDER
Groups of visitors aged 25 and under without a perfect 5-star review history on airbnb are not permitted.

3- ARRIVAL: AFTER 4:00 PM / DEPARTURE: BEFORE 10:00
As we allow arrivals for 4 p.m, departures must be done by 10 a.m in the morning. We must give the cleaning team a full 6 hours to prepare the place well between two stays.
