The 3br,2 bath home is located within the gates of the Arrowhead Lake Community in the Pocono Mtns. Within minutes of the cabin you will find 2 lakes with 4 beaches, 3 pools (as available), 8 playgrounds,and a community lodge.We are also within 10-30 minutes of Jack Frost/Big Boulder, Kalahari, Camelback, Pocono Raceway and Mt Airy Casino.

The space
Updated in a warm, modern style CinderLoch Chalet offers the best of thoughtful amenities in a rustic, relaxing setting. This home was recently fully renovated for the second time in 3 years, due an unfortunate fire. We are so happy to be back up and running, and welcome guests !
When you book our family friendly escape, you will be greeted by our motion sensor activated lights upon your arrival and enter the home with lockbox access on the front deck for easy check-in.
The living area is outfitted with a remote control propane fireplace and ceiling fan for multi-season use, and you can pick the temperature of your choice in the winter throughout the home with our smart thermostat system. The dining room offers comfortable seating for 6, as well as additional storage for pantry items, serve-ware and kitchen devices.
Make your way to the custom kitchen for the dual filtered tap water, or make coffee with your choice of french press, drip, espresso machine or single serve coffee makers. You will find the brand new renovated kitchen, although small, has been outfitted for efficiency with everything needed for a chef-style gourmet cooking experience including top of the line Bertazzoni appliances. Or, if you prefer, sit at the counter and enjoy watching the cooking instead ! The full-size stacked laundry is just off the kitchen and available for your use, in our newly renovated pantry closet.
The first floor features 2 bedrooms ( 2 twins & 1 queen )- all with brand new mattresses and freshly changed linens - and a full size bath with tub. The walk-through to the back room opens up into a large game room, outfitted with a sectional , 58" Smart TV , Foosball Table, and all the board games you can think of !
Upstairs you will find a dedicated workspace in our loft, a full bath with shower and our main bedroom with Queen Size bed and private sitting area.
Enjoy your evenings dining at the six person table on the back deck, grilling a meal, watching the wildlife on the front deck, soaking in the hot tub, or relaxing by the firepit.
Arrowhead Lake Community is a gated community, offering great amenities including , but not limited to :
Community lodge with Pool Tables and a Gym, Pools, Lakeside Beaches, Tennis Courts, Playgrounds, Sledding Hills, Rentals of Canoes / Kayaks/ Bikes/ Paddleboards, Fishing, and a kids center.
**Arrowhead charges a temporary membership fee, required to all renters, as well as a registration fee. Typically rentals in Arrowhead charge this as an additional fee. We have included all amenity fees in our nightly rate, and you will not be additionally charged**
** please note we do have neighbors to the sides of our home on our street which is a quiet cul-de-sac, and we do not allow parties ***

No parties allowed
We do not have central air conditioning, but have ceiling fans in each bedroom
and the main living area. We additionally have a portable air conditioner 10,000 BTU to put in the main living area as requested.
Guest access
All areas within the home with exception of owner's closets in attic eaves & Shed are available to guests.
Arrowhead Lake Community Access & Amenity Fees:
Your stay includes access to Arrowhead Lake community amenities (seasonal pools, beaches, gyms, and more). The community assesses registration fees for ALL rentals to maintain these amenities.
These additional fees are NOT included in your nightly rate/booking price, are charged per person/per day, and are paid by us directly to the community. A bill for these fees will be provided to you for payment.
Current fees (set by Arrowhead Lake):
● In-season (May 24 – September 2): $8.50 per person, per day (ages 6+)
● Off-season: $2.00 per person, per day (ages 6+)
● One-time registration fee: $20 per reservation
● Vehicle gate access fee: $20 per vehicle
These fees are mandatory year-round for all guests staying in Arrowhead Lake.
To comply with community rules, all fees must be paid to the HOA before access is granted. A receipt can be provided upon request.
Please note: these are not host fees, and are collected after booking. They are required by the Arrowhead Lake Community Association and apply to all short-term rentals in the neighborhood. The fees help fund amenities, security, road maintenance, and community services.
We will collect your guest + vehicle info and handle the community registration/payment process prior to arrival.
Other things to note
Our home is located in a private community with a mix of full time and part time residents. We are located on a quiet cul-de-sac and have neighbors to either side.
Please check the community website for information pertaining to pool signups and seasonal closures for the pools and rental shack.
Golf cart rentals must be pre registered with the community rental office.
Upon your check in at member services at the Main Gate, you will be provided a wristband for all members of the party over 6 years old. Please be sure to wear this during any amenity usage.
You can access the community at any time the day of your rental, and begin use of the amenities. The home will be available to your access at 4PM.
*** Please be very conscientious that this is a private community, with families and full time residents. There is also a public safety patrol . Please respect a 10pm quiet hours, and refrain from loud music at that time. Parties and private events are not allowed ***
Please also note that there is wildlife in the area, inclusive of Deer, Groundhogs, Rabbits, Fox, Turkeys and the occasional Black Bear, Snake, or Skunk.
One thing to keep in mind is that many things in the Poconos close relatively early, and the grocery stores and restaurants are 15-30 mins drive. There is unfortunately no (or very limited )food delivery within the Arrowhead community. Please check out our guidebook and let us know if you would like any other recommendations !
