Interaction with Guests
I live in the house. Room is at the top of the house. I always welcome the guest on arrival to ensure they feel at home, can find their way around and answer any questions they may have
I love the sense of community. Rialto is like a friendly village in the city. The street I live on has all age groups and types of people. Every year we hold a street party and there is a sense in the neighborhood that people look out for each other
Parking is on street and is free. There is easy access to regular buses and the tram. Also the Dublin bike scheme has a station only five minutes away
Other Things to Note
Rialto is so close to parks and the grand canal - if you are into walking or running you can just go out the door and get some fresh air!
The house is a family home and is lived in. For that reason it would be expected that guests respect that they are sharing with other people in terms of noise late at night etc.. - though the atmosphere is very relaxed. There is no smoking inside the house but people smoke in the garden (this is common in Ireland). We live in a lovely quiet neighbourhood so respect with regard to neighbours is expected too.
