Welcome to Buttes 509, a superbly located 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo just steps from the slopes. Start your day by skiing right from the building and return to unwind by the fire or enjoy the views from your private balcony.

The space
Mountain Comforts
The main level features a cozy living room with large windows for slope views, a fireplace, sleeper sofa, dining for six, and a fully stocked kitchen for home-cooked meals. A convenient mudroom with bench and ski rack keeps your gear organized.

Rest Easy
Upstairs you’ll find the master with a new king bed, a second bedroom with two twins, and a shared full bath. An additional bath on the main level makes mornings easy for groups and families.

Resort-Style Amenities
Guests enjoy a community hot tub and grill area. The Elevation Spa is just a short walk away, offering day passes ($25/day or $50/week) for access to a heated pool, hot tubs, fitness center, and tranquil relaxation rooms.
