You will feel right at home in our basement floor condo. Minutes from downtown Raleigh’s premier restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Walnut Creek Amphitheater is 5 mins away. NCSU is 10 mins away. PNC Arena, Red Hat Amphitheater, Lincoln Theater, the Ritz music venue and NC State Fairgrounds are all a short drive away. It is a 20-minute drive to RDU international airport. This place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families and friends (with kids and pets).

✩ Kitchen - Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances. Stocked with both drip coffee and Keurig available, tea, toaster, microwave, cookware- pots pans, baking sheet and dish, oils, basic seasonings
✩ Living room – sofa and loveseat, SmartTV
✩ Bathrooms - towels, shampoo, conditioner, & body wash provided as well as other basic necessities to make your stay enjoyable.

Pets allowed but require a pet fee to be paid at the time of the reservation. If a pet is brought but the pet fee was not paid, a money request will be sent.

There are outdoor common areas you are welcomed to use. Sit at the pond and meditate, enjoy either the wood burning fire pit or the propane fire pit. Chat with the neighbors under the covered porch. Enjoy the veggie garden in the summer. And the herb spiral garden bed is full of all kinds of fresh herbs you can pick and cook with while you are here.
