Minutes from the eastern Iowa airport and downtown Cedar Rapids, you’re situated right in the middle of all the action! Grab your bicycle and ride down to Czech village for a cultural afternoon while traveling the cedar valley trail. Everything you need is just footsteps outside the door!

The space
This gem has three fully furnished bedrooms, stocked kitchen chocked full of amenities and a luxurious whirlpool tub to relax in after a long day.

We have lots of board games to keep your mind entertained!

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire upstairs unit. This includes the front yard and back deck (off of kitchen).

Airbnb guests do not have access to the driveway, backyard or garages on property.

Other things to note
This is a duplex unit. The basement apartment also functions as a full-time Airbnb. Both units are completely separate with separate outdoor spaces and entrances.

Please help keep excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours and help to respect all our guests privacy.
