Come home to our charming little property nestled just 2 short blocks from the popular downtown district! We proudly accommodate local visitors, business travelers, hunters, and most dog breeds. Additional guests and pets must be approved prior to booking.

The space
Our fully stocked kitchen and laundry room will make it feel like you never left home. Help yourself to an assortment of delicious snacks, coffees, teas, and water. Grill a steak out back on the Weber while the dog explores the open back yard. Kick back on our relaxing leather sofa and catch up on your favorite series with complimentary Netflix on the 55” flat screen. Take up the dining room table as your office away from home, flip through a Kansas magazine, or maybe even challenge another guest to a poker game! We invite you to relax in the old fashioned claw foot tub or refresh in a warm steamy shower. Snuggle into comfort at bedtime with pressed pillow cases and soft duvets filled with feathers. USB ports provided in both bedrooms. We’ve got you covered when it comes to toiletries and personal products you wish you’d packed.

I am a hard working family nurse practitioner that enjoys hunting, golfing, and spending time with my farm animals. For a good portion of my career, I worked as a traveling nurse and experienced the many different standards that hosts have for their properties. It is extremely important to me to offer comfort and cleanliness with a flair of antique and unique style to my guests. My mother Jody is a mostly retired cosmetologist that enjoys quilting, cooking, and gambling. She takes pride in the small touches such as pressing pillowcases and keeping up to date with the current season. Together we are Joley! We love flipping real estate and furnishing rentals.
