Tee-14 is a unique 4 bedroom property on tee 14 of Valderrama Golf Course in Sotogrande, Cadiz. The villa is set in a 1 acre landscaped plot with private patio and pool. Tee-14 has been recently renovated, and guests can enjoy the open plan kitchen diner and separate living room that both lead to covered terraces with direct access to the garden and pools. The pool area has a BBQ area (gas and charcoal BBQ available), a swimming pool and sun loungers & a small pool.

The space
The master suite on the top floor is over 70m2 including a walk in shower and bath. It also has two terrace areas covering an additional 50m2.

The second suite on the lower ground floor has a walk-in shower and direct access to a garden terrace.

The third and fourth bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms. One has a bath and shower while the other only has a shower.

The study located on the top floor has a sofa-bed that could be used.

The luxury kitchen with dining area has direct access to a covered terrace with external dining area and a gas BBQ.

A separate indoor dining room is available.

The living area also opens directly onto a covered terrace and the pool area with a traditional BBQ.

The extensive grounds have many lawned and landscaped areas suilable to enjoy of for children to play.

The villa is in an ideal location, a short drive from supermarkets, restaurants and many facilities but in the tranquility of the villa and the gardens is where you will feel like the rich and famous who flock to Sotogrande in the summer months. Sotogrande is the largest private estate in Andalucia, ideally located only 30 minutes from Gibraltar airport or 60 minutes from Malaga. Sotogrande is host to world famous Golf Clubs, Beach Clubs, Polo Clubs, Sailing & Tennis Clubs, not to mention the Marina which has a wide variety of restaurants, shops and a colourful Sunday market.

I am Irish but lived in Belgium for the past 30 years. I use my Villa on Valderrama for several months of the year but am happy to make it available in July and August. Sotogrande is a fantastic location for golf, sailing, tennis, paddle, horse riding, windsurfing, cycling, hiking or just relaxing and enjoying life.
