We'd love to welcome you to The Barn, set on an acre of countryside in the lush green belt of Cornville, walking distance to Oak Creek and surrounded by mature fruit and nut trees. Find us at the gateway to wine country in Page Springs just outside of Sedona, the popular eateries and shops of Old Town Cottonwood and historic ghost town Jerome. Our stay is special as it includes complimentary drink and food options at our very own social eatery and market located in town only 2 miles away.
The space
Our modern farmhouse is the ultimate country getaway with its boho style, peaceful Northern AZ vibe and tranquil surroundings . If you want to experience country living while having all the amenities of a resort suite, The Barn is perfect for your family, romantic getaway, small group and those traveling with pets. This rental is located on the second story of our fully renovated old barn, placed on a secluded back pasture of our small family farm, surrounded by farmland with lots of privacy, peace and quiet. You will be accommodated in a comfortable, loft style, private guesthouse with amazing country views (and maybe the occasional sound of chickens, pigs, peacocks and donkeys). Close the giant barn doors for a private bedroom space or leave it open for a studio feel. Check out the pictures! Yes there is a large balcony perfect for entertaining, enjoying a local wine or cup of coffee, bird watching and star gazing. Our barn also features a private fenced in yard great for kiddos and pets, wood fire pit, propane bbq and friendly miniature potbellied pigs and free range chickens on site. Help yourself to farm fresh eggs, apples, pecans, walnuts, apricots and mulberries when in season. The Barn features a brand new bathroom with a large, walk-in rainfall shower, accessed through the living room which is good for small groups sharing the loft, full kitchen with pots, pans and basic kitchen essentials, games, wine/coffee bar, smart tv, USB charging ports throughout, Bluetooth speaker, extra linens for the convertible chair, floor and sofa sleepers with memory foam toppers for added comfort and luxurious soaps and amenities throughout.
Please note: Farm Circle is now home to two separate guest accommodations—The Barn at Farm Circle and our newly added Farmhouse at Farm Circle, located on the same property. Please note it is very rare that there will be occupants in the farmhouse during your stay and we’re happy to share with you prior to booking or arrival if their are farmhouse guests scheduled. Each space is completely private with its own entrance and designated outdoor areas, while select amenities such as the long country driveway, surrounding grounds, and farm setting are shared. For larger groups or special gatherings, both properties may be booked together (subject to availability) to enjoy the full Farm Circle experience—perfect for extended family stays, retreats, or celebrations where togetherness and space matter. Upon check-in stop by BREWHA for a complimentary craft cocktail, draft beer or coffee. Each morning , feel free to grab a fresh pastry and signature espresso before heading out for a day of sight seeing and exploring. During your stay you also receive 25% off of any dining order as well as on market goods. No need to pack heavy for your trip, stock up on produce and essentials at our market. just provide your check in details to an employee.**
We have a smart TV in the living room and WiFi available (we are on a farm and cell service and wifi may be spotty, but when weather is good and there are no interruptions of service, it’s very fast) I recommend connecting to wifi and switching to cellular wifi when you get to the property to avoid loss of cell communication. You are free to enjoy our beautiful garden to read a book, have a drink or relax after a day of exploring. Plenty of off-street parking is available on our driveway.
Guest access
Guests have access to the driveway, outdoor picnic benches, private fenced yard attached to the barn, upstairs and balcony of the barn, garden, pig and chicken pens, nearby creek access. Guests DO NOT have access to the garage, main house (unless booked in addition), yard surrounding the main house, outdoor equipment such as bikes or kayaks.
Laundry 🧺
For our long term guests staying a week or more, we do allow access to the laundry room attached to the main home. Please inquire before use to ensure availability.
Shared Property Disclosure
The Barn is located on the same property as another Airbnb, The Farmhouse at Farm Circle which has its own parking and fenced yard separating each end of the property.
Each space is booked separately but you can book both at the same time for larger groups.
Outdoor areas are shared respectfully which include parking, picnic benches, chicken coop, pig pens, driveway.
The Barn is separated by a private fenced yard but The Farmhouse is open to the remainder of the large property. Barn guests do not have access to the backyard of this property.

Other things to note
This property is considered a farm stay and is home to both domestic animals and wildlife. Although we do our best to deter creepy crawlers such as beetles, mosquitoes, spiders, lizards and frogs, we are near a river and surrounded by lush greenery so you may encounter an unexpected guest. On the farm, we experience all four seasons which can bring snow, monsoon storms and mud. However, our beautiful landscape is also home to wild deer, rabbits, eagles, cardinals, geese and javelina. You will definitely experience our regions natural beauty and wildlife while visiting our property.
We are not a EV charging home, however you are welcome to use our exterior outlet to charge if you have your own inverter. There is a $15 per day usage fee for charging your vehicle via our outlets as the daily stay rate only reflects normal electricity use.
🕓 Early Check-In
We totally understand wanting to settle in early! Because we use a professional cleaning crew between every stay and often have guests checking out and in on the same day, early check-ins aren’t always possible. When available, we can sometimes offer one for an additional fee to cover the expedited cleaning turnaround. Please reach out in advance to check availability!
