Comfy bed for better sleep

The room-darkening shades and extra bedding are loved by guests.
Small home built in 1875 close to Middle Raccoon River. It is six blocks to downtown shops, grocery and restaurants. New, updated walking and biking trails; river access in the park for canoes/kayaks within 300 yards from front door. Access to White Rock Conservancy trails. Coon Rapids also has a 9-hole golf course and a large city park with ball fields and pool.

We offer off street parking. Garage available for bicycles. Contact host. Large back yard with small deck area and charcoal grill.

The space
This is a small, cozy house that has been remodeled, painted and decorated. We installed new bathroom and kitchen flooring in 2025. And the house is so close to nature as it is very near our beautiful river. You will see squirrels, rabbits, a variety of birds and may get lucky enough to have a deer or two in the yard. We have a large back yard with a small patio area and we provide a charcoal grill with grill accessories.

You have the entire home for your use. We are making a space in the garage on the property for bicycles to be stored. Drop us a message if you need this space.

Other things to note
For anyone wishing to make a long stay, we offer cleaning services and laundry for towels and bedding. Please indicate if you are interested in these services. We also use the Airbnb enhanced cleaning protocol for our house. There are disinfectant wipes and sprays available in the kitchen and bathroom. Neighborhood highlights

It is in a residential area, close to the downtown, parks, churches and municipal golf course. The school facilities are across town, about a mile. We have a large backyard and have a charcoal grill, small patio area, a fire pit ring in the backyard with wood stored behind the garage. Lawn chairs provided.
