I've retired from working in the corporate and non profit world to focus on my second act (eco tourism) in the Berkshires. In 2018 I met the man of my dreams (Wayne) and together we bought the Wigwam Western Summit which had been abandoned for more than a decade. We renovated the Wigwam Coffeehouse in 2018, the 4 cabins in 2019. During Covid since we couldn't open the coffee house we turned our energy to completely renovate the Wigwam Lodge. We love spending time outdoors whether it's hiking, running or snowshoeing. People say nature is food for the soul and we are constantly hungry for more of it! In 2021 we are working with the local community (local guides and artists) to launch the Wigwam Woodland Experiences. Guests can enjoy guided hikes, History walk of the Hoosac Tunnel, guided snow shoe adventure, North Adams Art Walk (with an artist)..etc. We also rent snow shoes in the winter since we get so much now! We love hosting and are available to provide recommendations to make your stay more enjoyable!
