Infinity Ridge.

The name says it all. Set on a mountain side, close to Sequoia National Park( the entrance is less than 3 miles away), our brand new 2 story, 2 bedroom home has an endless unobstructed view. The quaint town of Three Rivers is also about 10 minutes away, with artsy shops and good restaurants.

Setting on our deck, you can watch the occasional deer, the many varieties of birds and also see and hear the rush of the white water river far below (most of the year).

The space
Newly constructed 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with an open floor plan and solar power (also hooked up to the grid). Unique granite counter tops, tile floors, beautiful appliances and two large decks, make this home relaxing and inviting.

Four guests maximum ( including children), but please message for permission if you have a larger family and we will try to accommodate you.

Enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine out on the two decks, (a large wrap around deck on main floor, and another off the private master suite.)

Take in the view while you grill on the gas grill or cook in the beautiful kitchen with new appliances ( gas stove, dishwasher, microwave). Or order take-out from town and bring it back for your own private "best view" dining.

The fire table on the lower deck awaits a cozy evening, a time to share your adventures of the day, watch the breathtaking sunsets, and gaze at the endless stars in the dark sky.

Our comfortable leather furniture in the living room feels cozy and clean while watching the TV or visiting with your family.

Upstairs is the spacious master suite with full bath, including double sinks and several drawers. There is also a small work area, walk in closet, and a private balcony that makes you feel like you are eye level with the hawks that soar by. After a day of hiking, biking or sight-seeing, you can soak in your own private soaking tub (with a view) right next to the tile and rock walk-in shower.

The main floor bedroom has a double and single bed and a bathroom right across the hall, with a walk in tile and rock shower and a spacious counter with several drawers.

In addition to air conditioning, there are ceiling fans in each bedroom and two ceiling fans in the open living area.

And if setting outside and enjoying the view isn't enough, there are two TV's, one in the open living area and one in the Master Suite, both with Netflix, Prime and Disney.

We are 3 miles from the entrance of Sequoia National Park and 26 miles up a beautiful breathtaking road ( Mineral King) where the very small town of Silver City is. Here you can do some hiking and enjoy amazing pie at the small quaint restaurant. (Please note: Silver City and Mineral King are closed for the season.)

Cell service is available for AT&T customers. We do have high speed wireless internet.

No smoking or fireworks of any kind allowed on this property. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate evacuation without refund. We are in a high fire area!

Our policy is no pets, but we are willing to accept some pets on a case to case basis, please message me for details.

Our house is thoroughly sanitized between each and every guest.

This could be your peaceful get away. We are located just 3 miles from Sequoia National Park, on a quiet road on 1.25 acres.
If you choose to leave the house, we have provided you with some recommendations of restaurants, near-by hikes, mountain bike trails and attractions.

This is a private neighborhood, please respect the quiet hours. ( 10 pm to 8 am)
No fireworks or fires allowed. Please be responsible.
