Welcome to our Rustic Delight! This wonderful, private little country gem (nestled between Tampa and Wesley Chapel) is perfectly located and equipped for vacationers, business travelers and those who just want to get away from the hustle and bustle. Whether you are visiting any of the nearby premier hospitals, theme parks, outlet malls or college campuses, this private Rustic living in-law suite studio is sure to allow you to relax during your stay in the Tampa Bay Area.

The space
This country living getaway is equipped with nearly all the amenities necessary to make you feel at home, even when you’re away from home.
This spacious cottage studio is fully equipped with a queen sized bed, smart TV, high speed Wi-Fi connection, mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, outdoor patio and gas grill.
Our Rustic Delight is located on our half acre country paradise, however fully detached from our home, making it completely independent and very private.
This gem is truly a wonderful secluded little Rustic Country Delight located within minutes from all the attractions Tampa Bay has to offer. Everything is comfortably close by, but not so close that it will disturb your relaxing, sweet and country feeling retreat.

This is a private studio suite. You have complete access to the entire unit including the over-sized bathroom. 1 private parking steps from the front door.

This is not an appropriate space for social gatherings/ parties and no additional guests other than those booked are permitted unless pre-arranged and paid for ahead of time. This is a “non-smoking” vacation rental. Smoking is not permitted in or even directly outside our premises. We guarantee quiet time of 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

This is a pet friendly unit and certainly welcomes ESA PETS. Pet Fee of $64 will be charged after booking if you are bring a Pet. Breed and weight exceptions apply. Please notify us if you’re interested in bringing your pet during your stay.

Being that this unit is pet friendly, please keep in mind no refunds will be approved for guests who are allergic to pets.

We understand that unexpected things can sometimes arise before or during your stay. We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance to cover those unexpected travel moments that can happen. Canceled flights, Illness and death in family are usually at the top of the list. Please consider purchasing travel insurance as we have a firm cancellation policy. Nothing is certain, for this reason we highly suggest you get Travel Insurance at booking.

Please note check in is with lockbox. If you are arriving past 6PM please notify us so we may get you the lockbox code early!
