Step inside a vaulted-ceiling studio cottage guest house filled with beaming light from cathedral windows. Watch the leaves turn colors for Fall. A plush king-size bed faces treetop views, while French doors open to your private patio oasis. Couch also converts to a full size pull out couch.
The designer kitchen features quartz counters and gold-accent details, perfect for morning coffee or a cozy dinner in. The spa bathroom offers a deep Kohler soaking tub and rainfall shower head ideal for unwinding after a day exploring Franklin or Nashville.

• Privacy: Golden Grove is a private studio guesthouse on our property. You’ll have your own entrance, patio, and fire pit.
• Parking: Free onsite parking is provided. Two Cars MAX ALLOWED. Any trailers or commercial vehicles need to ask for permission and get Approval before arrival.
• Nature Setting: The property is surrounded by trees and wildlife. You may see deer, birds, turkeys, bunnies, squirrels or the occasional friendly critter.
• Stairs/Access: The guesthouse is on one level.
• Parties/Events: No parties or events allowed to preserve the peaceful retreat atmosphere.
• Smoking: No smoking inside the property.
• Pets: “Pets are not allowed”
• Security: A camera may monitor the driveway/entrance for safety.
