This 3-bedroom, pet-friendly home features a private outdoor shower, gas grill, fire pit, and all essentials included (linens, paper goods, soaps, shampoo).

Once you arrive, park your car and walk or bike to shops, restaurants, and scenic spots.

Just a short 7-minute walk brings you to the private beach, where you can leave your chairs and umbrellas set up for the entire week—no daily hauling required!

This inviting home features 3 comfortable bedrooms, making it the perfect retreat for families or small groups. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the private outdoor shower and gather around the outdoor fire pit or fire up the gas grill for a relaxing evening under the stars.

We provide all the essentials: fresh linens, paper products, soaps, and shampoo—just bring your bathing suit and beachwear.

And yes, well-behaved pets are welcome! We’re one of the few rentals in the area that allows furry friends, so the whole family can enjoy the getaway.

Once you arrive, park the car and forget it—walk or bike to everything Brewster has to offer, including local shops, restaurants, and scenic trails. Whether you’re here to unwind or explore, this beachside retreat offers the perfect Cape Cod experience.
