Our guest house is located on the edge of Ephrata very close to all amenities. It is in a nice private and peaceful neighborhood. It shares many amenities onsite with our attached main house including a heated pool and large patio area, hot tub, pickleball and basketball, a putting green, outdoor ping pong table, and a sand volleyball court. Hiking trails are close by and unlimited outdoor activities along with lots of sunshine await! Pool only open seasonally.

While our property is private and peaceful we are very close to many amenities and activities including restaurants and shopping, golf, hunting, fishing, and boating. Beezley Hill is in sight and a 5 minute walk away which provides nice hikes and mountain biking very close for exercise.

While we sometimes will be in the main house and shared use amenities in person and available if needed, we try to use these opportunities to be at our other house thus allowing even more privacy for our guests. If we are not available in person we do provide phone access as well as neighbors that can help if necessary.
