Beautifully renovated 2000 SF industrial space with modern amenities. Private, quiet, secluded and close to everything in NWA. Spacious parking, surrounded by perfectly manicured green space. Conveniently located near the Razorback Greenway and several bike trails. XNA airport is only 8.5 miles away.

Private space featuring open floor plan and a second story loft. Includes one bathroom. Each room has a queen bed and a sofa can accommodate an additional guest. Guests have 24 hour access to the private gym area . Access to laundry is available upon request. Full kitchen available with stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, air fryer, coffee bar and dishwasher.

Guests are welcome to use the Gym at any time and the private Loft. They can walk around the front yard. Please contact host to access laundry room. Guests may also utilize our disc golf course. Contact host for details.

We got married in July 2016 and merged our family of 7! Two years later we became empty-nesters and decided to travel around the world and visit as many CrossFit boxes as we could. During this time we enjoyed learning about other cultures through Air BNB and the CrossFit community. In 2020 we found this amazing property that gave us the opportunity to combine the things that we enjoy the most: an incredible personal gym space and a Loft area to bring in guests from anywhere in the world. During our free time we enjoy to do friendly CrossFit competitions, spend time with our friends and close family, and some real state development. We hope that you have a 5 star stay and we would appreciate a 5 star review!!!
