The main living space and all bedrooms are located on the second floor, complete with brand new furniture and all of the essentials you need to enjoy a relaxing San Diego vacation. Spend endless hours enjoying the roof deck, which includes a BBQ grill and dining table to dine al-fresco, as well as an outdoor living room where you can soak up the sunshine or enjoy an afternoon cocktail while taking in panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding city. Additional features include central A/C, two-car garage and outdoor shower.

• This home is set back behind another single-family residence; There are no shared spaces between these homes and the yard area is not for guest use.
• Outdoor areas are monitored by video surveillance.
