Nearby pedestrian paths connect the neighborhood to the Union Street Railroad Bridge, Riverfront Park, Downtown Salem, Minto Brown Island, and Wallace Marine Park.

The space
Our home is charming and comfortable, but is older and has some personality quirks and noises.

A newer ductless heat pump works well and provides heating and cooling.

The house is configured with a living room, bedroom with Queen Bed, bathroom (off the bedroom), dining room, and full kitchen.

A modular sectional in the living room could be used to sleep a third guest. Please contact me prior to booking to inquire about sleeping a third guest so that I can provide extra bedding prior to the stay.

The clothes washer and dryer are located inside the detached garage. The garage does not feel as welcoming as the main house, but the laundry units are nice models.

Guest access
No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with a Yale Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with a personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.

Guest Access to the home will be provided via Access Code.

The house is located within a few blocks of Annette's Restaurant, Little Lois Cafe, Java Crew Coffee, Urban Grange Coffee, Dutch Bros Coffee, Momiji's Sushi Restaurant, Safeway Groceries, Walery's Pizza, Max & Ro Hair Co., etc.

Parking is easy using the driveway and could park two vehicles in tandem.

The detached single-car garage could house a smaller vehicle or several bicycles. There is a garage door opener installed.
