Beautiful condo in a BRAND NEW building (completed 2014) with granite kitchen and large patio offering breathtaking sunset views. Rich condo amenities include 2 pools, pool side grills, gym, tennis courts, nature walk and clubhouses. 5 minute walk to the beach. Enjoy spectacular sunset views from the balcony or take in the gorgeous beach from the entry way. FREE WIFI & CABLE!

The space
Enjoy the resort lifestyle in tropical New Smyrna Beach! This immaculate 2 bed 2 bath unit in the gated Ocean Walk community offers an open floorplan with sweeping views of beautiful marshland. This third floor unit features an eat-in kitchen equipped with granite countertops, white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a pantry. The master suite allows for spectacular views from the sliding glass doors as well as a bathroom well-suited for a spa! Relax on the screened balcony overlooking breathtaking sunsets with the sound of birds in the distance. Building 19 is one of the newest buildings in Ocean Walk and provides owners with ultimate private due to its southern-most location. This property features a 2019 HVAC unit, 2019 washer and dryer, and custom closets in each bedroom.
