Right outside Iuka Ms. 2 minutes from JP Coleman State Park. (Lake Time) Nice cozy little cabin. SXS ‘s welcome . Kids can run free without any worries. Friendly neighbors. Plenty of boat parking on the premises.

Located 2 minutes from JP Coleman State Park. Boat docks are available for rent through the state park web site. Golf carts sxs’s are welcome. Drive through driveway for trailers. Boat Parking no issues . The neighbors have 4 wheelers , side by sides so don’t be scared to bring your own and have a good time. There is a $50.00 pet fee. All we ask is you treat it like its your own.
